It is classified as a “Special” kind of issue with denominations of P 7.00 and P 30.00 and quantity of 35,000 pieces each. Also to be issued are souvenir sheets with a denomination of P 74.00 and quantity of 5,000 pieces.

The Philippine Postal Corporation will issue the 11th set in the "New Year's greetings" stamp series, to usher in 2002, the year of the Horse, according to the Chinese Zodiac.

The Philippine Postal Corporation will issue the 13th set in the "New Year's Greetings" stamps series, to usher in 2004, the Year of the Monkey, according to the Chinese Zodiac.

The Philippine Postal Corporation will issue the 12th set in the "New Year's Greetings" stamp series, to usher in 2003, the Year of the Goat.
