The Philippine Postal Corporation will issue the third series of the new definitive stamps which will feature Presidents Corazon C. Aquino and Fidel V. Ramos in P13.00 denomination and President Joseph Ejercito Estrada and the presidential seal in P15.00 denomination, both in setenant pair formats.

CORAZON C. AQUINO - She is the first woman President of the Philippines. She stepped into the presidency via the "People Power," a strong force of courageous and self-sacrificing people behind a noble cause which is a change to a genuine democracy which united the Philippines as a nation. She was born to an affluent family in Tarlac on January 25, 1933. She studied at the St. Scholastica's College Assumption Convent for her elementary education, Raven Hill Academy, Philadelphia and Notre Dame Convent School, New York, for her high school courses. She finished her Bachelor of Arts degree at the Mount St. Vincent College, New York. She was married to then senator Benigno Aquino. Read more.
