The Philippine Postal Corporation will issue four (4) more "Mallat Drawings" definitives (with "2002" date) to provide additional stocks of stamps for the 4 basic rates for letters weighing up to 20 grams: local rate; rates to Zone 1 (Asian countries), Zone 2 (Australia, New Zealand and Middle East) and Zone 3 (USA, Canada and Europe).

Stamps and Official First Day Covers will be available starting 16 November 2001 at the Philatelic Division, Door 203, Liwasang Bonifacio, 1000 Manila and all Regional Offices of the Philippine Postal Corporation.
