The "FILIPINAS 2004" Stamp Exhibition, which will be held at the SM Megatrade Hall, 5th Floor, SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City, celebrates the 150th anniversary of the first Philippine postage stamps. The 3-day show, from January 30 to February 1, 2004, will showcase Philippine stamp issues since 1854. The exhibits will show Philippine stamps from the very first set issued during the Spanish regime through the U.S. Administration, Aguinaldo revolutionary period, Japanese Occupation up the present Republic issues. The 3 souvenir sheets and official first day covers will be available starting on their respective first day of issue at the Philatelic Service, Door 203, Liwasang Bonifacio, 1000 Manila, the exhibition site in SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City, and all regional offices of the Philippine Postal Corporation.
