The United Nations will once again celebrate the UN Month this October. The stamp are part of the Millennium Campaign that focuses on our common vision of a world without poverty towards the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. The stamp designs for this year is a sequel to last year's "Stand Up" Millennium campaign.

It is a global rallying cry against poverty, resonating throughout the four corners of the globe. This is to help the UN Headquarters promote awareness of this campaign and to sustain its momentum.
